
On February 20, 2026, certified nutritionist Svetlana Pokrovska joined us for an introductory lecture on the science of nutrition. The session was engaging, informative, and truly inspiring.
We explored the fundamentals of nutrition and learned how dietary knowledge can enhance overall well-being and daily quality of life. The discussion covered the principles of a healthy lifestyle, an analysis of various diets, and a breakdown of when specific dietary protocols are actually necessary.
The most valuable was the practical part of the event, where everyone had the chance to calculate their individual macronutrient needs – calories, proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. We learned that it’s not just the calorie count that matters, but the right balance of nutrients. Held in a warm and friendly atmosphere, the lecture sparked great interest and a shared desire to continue these educational sessions.
