This is not the first time when the participants of the MOTUS VITA art therapy programme have taken part in a charity fair at the shopping centre DEPO. As always, it is an exciting and emotionally-charged event.
The opportunity to show the results of one’s creative work, to increase self-confidence, to meet like-minded people, to make new friends and fill oneself with new ideas – these are the main advantages of taking part in such fairs.
It is a well-known fact that the creative process has the healing power. And if you have the opportunity to share the results of this process and feel the positive response of the audience, the beneficial effect is doubled.
