On October 24, a very interesting and informative interactive seminar was held at the premises of «Svētās gimenes Māja» which was conducted by the staff of “SANARE – KRC Jaunķemeri”: occupational therapist Sabina Mikulane and audiologist of Sandra Zdazhinsk.
Sabina told us about the concept of uniformity of classes and the possibilities to normalize her daily schedule. Sandra told us about the technique of proper breathing and we all worked together on this most important action for each of us. And at the end of the seminar, under the leadership of Sabina, we all experienced the practical aspects of the method of progressive muscle relaxation.
Each participant in the seminar learned practical knowledge to improve their health!
